A private park in the heart of the city

Résidence Le Parc is at 7930 Boulevard Viau, near the corner of Jarry in Saint-Léonard, Montréal (H1R 4A2). A medical clinic, a pharmacy, X-ray and physiotherapy services are right next door, and a bank, bakeries, a Walmart Supercentre, an Italian specialty grocer and Parc Hébert are all within a short walk. Buses stop at the corner of Jarry and Viau, and the future Viau station on the metro’s Blue Line, planned to open in 2031, will be within walking distance, about 1 km away.

We are a certified private seniors’ residence (RPA, categories 3 and 4) for active retirees who are independent or semi-independent. Residents choose from hotel-condo style rental apartments across our two buildings, and our care assistance unit supports seniors with a mild to moderate loss of physical or cognitive autonomy.

Bell Fibe Internet and TV are included in the rent. Residents can add the services they want: a monthly meal plan or meals à la carte in our dining room, a morning and afternoon bistro, tray delivery to the apartment, housekeeping, clothing and bedding laundry, indoor or outdoor parking, storage space and Lifeline emergency response. There is also an indoor pool, a hair salon, a chapel, a private park and a shuttle for outings, including a weekly grocery run.

Our health office is staffed by licensed practical nurses seven days a week and on call, and a physician visits the residence regularly. Care services include medication administration, help with bathing, hygiene and dressing, blood-sugar checks, insulin and diabetes sensors, injections, dressings and vital signs. We follow residents with heart conditions, diabetes and COPD, including those on oxygen.

Yes, for a mild to moderate loss. Our care assistance unit offers fresh meals served at the table and two snacks a day, attendants on duty 24 hours, daily help with bathing, hygiene and dressing, supervised medication, and a care plan reviewed every three months. The unit is not a secured memory-care floor, so we can’t accommodate residents at risk of wandering.

Our nursing team reassesses each resident’s needs throughout the lease. Services can be added à la carte as they’re needed, and residents who need more daily support can move into our care assistance unit, staying in the same community with the same familiar faces.

Rent depends on the apartment model, and you pay only for the optional services you choose, each shown as a monthly amount in your lease. Bell Internet and TV are included. Many residents qualify for Québec’s tax credit for home-support services for seniors, and in our care unit we manage the claim with Revenu Québec for you. Call us or book a tour for current pricing.

Yes. Visitors are welcome at any time in residents’ apartments, the common areas and our lounges. Families can also reserve our party room for birthdays and celebrations.

Residents of our apartments may keep a cat or a bird. Pets are not permitted in the care assistance unit.
